Services

Crosslet Photography and Videography provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to events, weddings, commercial, fitness, travel, and portrait content. Specific details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to each project.

No Macro Body Modifications

Crosslet includes thoughtful color correction and light retouching to maintain clean, natural final images. This may include minor, temporary adjustments such as small blemish removal, lighting refinements, or brief skin corrections.

Requests for major or transformative body modifications are respectfully declined. This includes, but is not limited to, trimming waistlines, removing double chins, reducing wrinkles, or making changes that significantly alter a person’s natural appearance.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure a booking date. Remaining balances are due as outlined in your contract or invoice. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All photographs and video content created by Crosslet Photography and Videography remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are granted a personal or commercial usage license as specified in their contract. Content may not be altered, sold, or used for unlawful purposes without written permission.

Portfolio Use

Crosslet Photography and Videography reserves the right to use images and videos from sessions for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, obtain any necessary permissions or permits, and ensure a safe working environment during sessions.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Crosslet Photography and Videography is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or acts of nature.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Website Use

All content on this website, including images, videos, text, and branding, is owned by Crosslet Photography and Videography and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
